Fast Lane SA \ UAE

A. Pricing Schedule

  • Prices quoted are US$ and based on attendance of Closed Session.

  • Pricing includes Instructor Charges, ▪access to vendor specific lab equipment and student documentation in

  • digital format.

  • Any local customs duty or taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.

  • Pricing is based on preferential rates; no additional discounts, promotions, coupons etc will be applied.

  • Access to lab equipment will be provided during the normal course timings (max 8 hours per day)

B. Venue and Equipment

  • For Virtual or Hybrid modality, Fast Lane will provide access to the Virtual class.

  • For Onsite delivery at Customer premises, customer to provide suitable training venue with meeting room equipment and reliable internet connection.

  • For Onsite delivery at Fast Lane premises, Fast Lane will provide suitable training venue with standard meeting room equipment and reliable internet connection.

  • Access to Vendor specific remote lab equipment (where applicable) to be provided by Fast Lane unless otherwise specified.

  • Local set-up (internet connection) to connect to Remote Labs to be provided by Customer.

  • In all cases (whether Customer premises or Fast Lane Premises), student attending must Bring their own

  • Device. Either PC/Laptop and a headset.

 

C. Scheduling

  • Fast Lane requires 4-8 weeks’ notice to schedule a “Closed” Training class.Fa

  • Agreement of schedule to be made in writing by both parties.Agreemen

 

D. Payment Terms

  • Firm Purchase Order including Fast Lane’s Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy is required upon agreement of schedule.

  • 50% upon agreement of schedule.

  • 50% 7 working days prior to the training date.

  • US Dollar/UAE Dirham conversion rate: 1 US$ = 3,67 AED

 

E. Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

  • Notice of cancellations must be received in writing email.

  • No cancellation fee applies for classes cancelled with more than 15 working days* notice.

  • A 50% cancellation fee based on invoice value applies for classes cancelled within 15-10 working days* notice.

  • A 100% cancellation fee based on invoice value is applicable for classes cancelled with less than 10 working days’ notice.
    *Working days are Monday – Friday. Office hours are 09:00-17:30.

 

F. COVID 19

  • In the event either students or trainers are unable to travel due to implementation/changes to international travel restrictions or due to a positive COVID19 result, Fast Lane will move to a Virtualdelivery modality.

  • Cancellation / rescheduling is not possible once we are within the 15 working days period ahead of the training.

  • In the event a trainer or student tests positive during the training, the event will immediately move to a virtual modality delivery.

  • In the event a student tests positive prior to the training, Fast Lane will arrange for the student to join the training “Virtually” hence the class will move to “hybrid” modality.

 

G. General

  • Quotation Validity - 90 days from date of document.

  • Prices quoted herein will remain firm if Purchase Order is received within Ninety (90) days from date of quotation.
