The second module demonstrates the operational reporting capabilities of
OnCommand Insight by creating three dashboards. Module three describes the Insight Data Warehouse. Modules four through six demonstrate some of the business-level reporting capabilities of the Data Warehouse. The students will create three business level reports around chargeback, virtualization, and storage consumption. By learning how to create
customized reports, it is hoped the student should come away with a basic understanding of how to extend Insight to meet other business reporting needs.
A seventh and concluding module concentrates on the how to maintain the OnCommand Insight reporting environment.
